Dancer, Artist, Mentor Tara has been dancing for over 20 years and is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Ballroom and Acrobatics.

She continued her training in college and graduated, receiving a B.F.A in Dance Performance and Choreography at the University of Southern Mississippi. While at Southern Miss, she performed in The Repertory Dance Company and choreographed multiple pieces for the company. Tara has participated in the American College Dance Festival Association during her undergrad and was a volunteer for Mississipp

International Dance Day 💫

This year, dance looked a little different for me…
slower, deeper, more intentional. Less about pushing and more about presence. More about watching these girls grow, take risks, and find their own voice in movement. There’s something sacred about creating in a season where life itself is about to change. And somehow, dance still held space for it all.

Grateful for every moment, every rehearsal, every piece of this year.

There’s something so sacred about this piece 🤍

This song takes me back to a season where my husband and I stepped away from everything familiar and lived in a van for a year… learning to trust God’s path over our own. We found His presence in the quiet, in the unknown, in the in-between and He was faithful in every step.

That same spirit of surrender and trust is what this dance carries.

These dancers didn’t just perform… they ministered. They moved with intention, heart, and truth and I could not be more proud of the way they stewarded this message.

Bringing home 2nd place at Nexstar is such a sweet reward, but what matters most is the story they told and the presence they carried on that stage.

So proud of you girls 🤍

Grateful for the opportunity to teach at Histown Ballet Intensive. I had the privilege of leading contemporary ballet classes and setting a piece to “My Weapon” by Natalie Grant.

It was an inspiring week of growth, creativity, and connection—watching these young dancers pour their hearts into both movement and message reminded me why I love what I do.

Thank you to for welcoming me into their beautiful studio - it was an honor to be part of such a meaningful program.
