Located on the corner of Hubbell and Benes. Featuring a decorative cornice, this building was the original site of the Whiting Business College.

Offering an extensive business curricula leading to a Certificate, Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in a variety of disciplines, Whiting Business College was a Proprietary four year college.
