Out of concern for the safety of both the families we serve and our own students, our ministry has suspended services for the duration of this social distancing period. We continue to pray for all those who have entered into eternal life and all those who are grieving.

Today we were honored to serve the funeral of Maria. Maria had no family or friends in attendance. Her funeral services were provided by the Calistian Guild, a charitable organization. One of our students wrote this reflection: "God help Maria find a family in God. No longer will she be alone. Now she has a family with You."

All Souls Day Mass at Potters’ Field.
11/03/2019
Thank you to Fr. Dan Reim, S.J. for presiding, Sean Teats, S.J. for leading us in song, and the 150+ friends who joined us for All Souls Day Mass at potters’ field.
From some of our student reflections:
"I hope I've been able to share my company and compassion with the family."
"Lord, please grant, with kind admittance, the deceased woman we buried today. Also, please help us to realize that death is not an ending, but a beginning to new life."
"I hope every Ignatius student realizes the impact of their actions and what a privilege it is to serve others."
Current Saint Ignatius Juniors and Seniors (‘20 & ‘21) interested in joining the Pallbearer Ministry are invited to attend a training session on either Tuesday, 8/27 at 3:00pm, Wednesday, 8/28 at 6:45am, or Monday, 9/16 at 7:45am (delayed start schedule.). All sessions will be held in St. Mary’s Chapel. You need to attend only ONE of these sessions. Late-comers not admitted.
