We’re excited to welcome all of our new and returning families to Orientation Night on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:30 PM!

Join us as we begin a brand-new school year with important information, classroom visits, and a chance to meet your child’s teachers. Whether it’s your first year at SBA or you’ve been with us for years, Orientation Night is the perfect way to start strong together!

While summer brings a welcome break from the school year, many children continue to thrive with predictable routines. Structure provides security, reduces anxiety, and helps children remain successful in their daily activities.

Consider maintaining consistent:
✅ Wake-up and bedtime schedules
✅ Meal times
✅ Daily responsibilities and chores
✅ Reading or learning time
✅ Recreation and family activities

A simple visual schedule can make a big difference, because it helps children to know what to expect and encourages independence.

Remember, routines don't have to be rigid; they just provide a framework that helps children feel safe and confident while still enjoying the fun and flexibility of summer.

Thanks to generous donors, the SLC Clubhouse and storage building has arrived and been installed! We are so thankful for this addition to our program!

We are incredibly grateful to the Bachman Foundation for their generous grant to Shenandoah Baptist Academy’s Specialized Learning Center!

Their continued support of students who learn differently is making a lasting impact in East Tennessee. Because of this investment, we are able to provide individualized instruction, expand resources, and better serve our students academically, socially, and spiritually.
