While a majority of our projects require hours of proactive planning, coordinating and communicating logistics, sometimes service means reacting to a community need when it arises. As a chapter made up of mothers, sisters, aunts and cousins, we felt this need close to our hearts, and acted.
Last week, our chapter delivered 94 packs of donated wipes to the Women's Resource Center 🫶 Thank you to all the active members who contributed!
Please give their page a Like and Follow to stay up to date on future needs for such a valuable resource for the ladies of our community!

This is an extra special one for us!💙
We are honored to receive this award, named after our treasured lifetime member, Wilma Wilbanks, for a program that means so much to us!
What makes “Bookworms” so special? Each month during the school year, our chapter meets with second graders from 7 schools in our community to read 1-on-1 with them, do an activity based on the book and end the time together with a snack! In total, approximately 70 children get to take a new book home each month to share with their family.
This project is part of our Child Welfare Committee and last year it was chaired by Paige Robinson Burchfield & Kelly Capocaccia! Thank you to you both for making this the impactful experience that it was for all!
