Listen up, instructional designers and educators! 📢

When designing a course, try including one activity every week that gets students interacting or working together. This could mean arranging a quiz, dividing students into groups for a task, or hosting a discussion.

You can take this a step further by making it more interesting. Have students view a lecture recording beforehand and use the in-class time for collaborative activities that asks them to apply what they have learned. ⏱️

Don’t discard the lesson plans that you do not use anymore. Centrally store them on a platform so you can always access them. 💻

Your old lesson plans can serve as a good foundation for new courses and can double up as backup options in case a part of your new course doesn’t fit the student's needs.
