Each month we award students for showing biblical character. This week we celebrated these students who have shown humility and reflect the spirit of John the Baptist. They have displayed incredible character, servant-heartedness, and a desire to put others before themselves. Inspired by John 3:30. Congrats to Allie Epperson, Christian Bjornstad, Jacob Bowers, Maverick Watson, Julieth Fowler, Emilyn Madden, and Addy Ratcliff.

Today, our school pauses to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

On this 25th anniversary, we remember the lives lost, the courage of the first responders, and the countless acts of bravery, compassion, and unity that followed.

As a school community, we honor their memory by teaching the next generation about the significance of this day and the importance of service, kindness, courage, and coming together in times of need.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

During our Elisha Ceremony, just as Elijah passed on the mantle to Elisha, our Seniors symbolically passed the mantle to the next generation, our ninth graders as they put on their blazers - a symbol of responsibility, character, and legacy they are called to carry.

To our Seniors: thank you for leading the way. To our ninth graders: wear the mantle - and your blazer - with purpose, responsibility, and pride.

To celebrate 30 years of Tennessee Christian and countdown to the first day of school, we are going back to 1997! What did our teachers and faculty look like in 1997? Guess who’s who in the comments.

Have you heard the buzz on campus?? We would like to introduce the Tennessee Christian community to our 40,000 new enrollees! 🐝

Ninth and tenth grade students now have access to a bee apiary full of bees and beekeeping equipment. This was all made possible through the hard work of Upper School Science Teacher, Corrie Nelson, and the generosity of Tennessee Valley Authority. Mrs. Nelson was awarded $2,500 to begin the program at Tennessee Christian and we are bee-yond excited for all the opportunities this provides for our students.
