So we’re working on our first official fundraiser, and we’re hoping to get some help from you 😊 we’d like you to visit our website and leave your WHY with us. Why do you choose to push forward? Last call for workshops in September 🥳🫶🏾 come hang out this week! We’ll be hanging out with Calil tomorrow, September 22nd at Larchmere Arts from 6-8pm. On Saturday, September 26th we’ll be with Siaara at the Prolific Oxygen Dome from 11am-1pm & you get one more shot next Wednesday, September 30th with a virtual workshop hosted by Siaara from 6:30-8pm ❤️ see you soon ❤️ Don’t forget to RSVP!

So we’re doing something new 🤭 This Fall, we’ll be collaborating with Cleveland Public Theatre to host workshops as we build toward The Books That Make Us, a workshops production in celebration of Toni Morrison 🌟 this will be a series of workshops that will end with a special feature at Cleveland Public Theatre on December 4th, 5th, & 6th! For more information, visit our website to register and sign up for classes, which begin October 1st! Tuition will only be used toward the supplies and materials for workshop and production development. More information will be posted soon!

We’ll be holding a pop exhibition and poetry reading from 6-9pm. Don’t worry, you can hop on the open mic, too 🤩 The Xpressions Retreat was made possible by Leo’s Casino Arts and Music Collaboratory, Ohio’s Arts Council, Gypsy Bean Cafe, Sweet Hunny Bee’s Catering, and the Midtown Tech Hive 🥳 The open mic and exhibition is a free open mic event, thanks to wonderful partners, sponsors, and funders.
