Applications for Xpressions Retreat 2026 close in a little over one month! This 3 day retreat is open to writers and performers within the State of Ohio. Throughout this retreat, we will be provided with excellent guidance from giants in the world of writing and spoken word. This multifaceted retreat takes place in Cleveland, OH from August 14th through August 16th, with a culminating event taking place on August 22nd. This retreat is made for creatives to dive deeper into their craft. Seasoned veterans and rookies trade information and learn side by side here. Through a blend of interactive sessions, collaborative projects, and insightful discussions, participants will have the opportunity to expand their vision. Last month we celebrated the release of our first anthology, Prime & Process with .unplugged 🌟 14 individuals and community members shared their work between the pages and we’re already prepared for the release of 2027 🚀

It’s June, only three weeks away from summer solstice, and we’re back with another great season of workshops just before Summer official lands 🥹☀️ We can’t wait to see you all again during the warm months. We are only a few days away from celebrating the work we’ve been creating at University Circle over the past 8 weeks! 🎊🚀 this open mic is open to all forms of art: poetry, music, acting, dance, etc.,! RSVP is free and open to all ages of the public. Bring some friends!
