It’s been a wonderful and busy week here at Lacey’s Littles! Teacher Appreciation Week is one of my favorite weeks because it’s a week where our team is celebrated, recognized for their hard work, and truly APPRECIATED. I do believe we have some of the most dedicated, passionate, and the most wonderful teachers! I’m so thankful to have this team!

Our parents have loved on us by sending in gifts, coffee deliveries, breakfast deliveries, and so much fun stuff! Thank you for making this week special for the ladies who work tirelessly teaching these littles!

‼️We are looking to add a PreSchool Teacher to our team! 👏🏼

Laceys Littles is hiring for a full-time Preschool Teacher. This position is an 8 hour shift, Monday - Friday.
Our center has strong beliefs and philosophies regarding child-led, play-based curriculum and empathic, respectful interactions with young children.

We are looking for a preschool teacher in an early learning center who embodies these same beliefs and will treat our preschoolers with the respect and love that they deserve. Candidates must have experience working in an early childhood classroom with a play-based curriculum, along with developing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and portfolios. This position requires someone who is willing to be very hands on and involved in the daily activities and must be self sufficient in delivering the planned lessons. Candidates must be punctual and dependable. Pay is based on experience and education.

Yesterday we had our family field trip day at Aubie Smith Farms and it was such a beautiful day for tulip picking and all the fun for the kiddos! We loved getting to spend time with our littles and their families. What a fun day we had!💛💐 I’m so thankful for this team of teachers who love on these babies all day. They put in so much time and effort to their classrooms and the work they do for each and every child. It means so much to me to have a team who takes pride in shaping these little minds. 💛

Personal Safety Week ♥️🚨

Each year we go over personal safety and learn how to keep ourselves safe. We had a very special and exciting visit from Engine 3 with Cleveland Fire Department! Our littles got to see inside the truck, hear about the equipment on the truck, and learn about fire safety. The joy on their faces! 😍

We are so thankful for our first responders and all they do to keep us safe! We are so appreciative that they took the time out of their busy day to teach our littles and give them such a cool experience! 🚒♥️

We have been BUSY having so much fun learning! We celebrated Dr. Seuss Week with so many books and fun activities. Thank you to our volunteers and families who came to read to our littles! ♥️

I also want to mention how AMAZING our doors turned out! Morgan Thompson with Mo’s Masterpieces HAND PAINTED our doors for our fun week and I couldn’t have loved it more! 🧡💚

✨Join our team of trusted professionals!

We are seeking a designated Early Childhood Educator to join our classroom with children ages 2-4. Our center is structured, organized, and maintains a clean, nurturing learning environment.

With this role, job duties would include:

*Creating and implementing weekly lesson plans aligned with developmental goals
*Collaborating closely with a co-teacher to support daily classroom routines
*Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
*Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Experience working with young children is required (working in a licensed childcare facility)
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are also required

**This is a full time position meaning, those who are interested will be required to work 40 hours each week.
*Must be able to pass a background check and finger printing
*Dependability and a strong work ethic is a must for working in a childcare setting
