It’s finally here.

As an assistant principal, I was spending hours capturing observation notes, organizing evidence, writing feedback, and aligning everything to our evaluation rubric to complete teacher evaluations.

After one particularly long day, I called my friend (who happens to be an AI Engineer) and said, “There has to be a better way.”

So we decided to build it ourselves:

helps school leaders streamline classroom observations, organize evidence, generate meaningful feedback, and complete evaluations in a fraction of the time.

The goal is simple: spend less time behind a computer and more time coaching teachers and supporting students.

What else needs to be prioritized by parents this summer?

Teachers deserve classrooms where they can teach, and every student deserves a classroom where they can learn. There is no place for one student to repeatedly derail the learning of everyone else.

At the same time, accountability has to be more than simply sending students home.

So here’s the conversation I’d genuinely love to have:
What strategies are schools using that both hold students accountable and support teachers in a way that’s realistic and sustainable?

Not just ideas that sound good on paper — but practices that are actually working in real schools. Let’s share what’s making a difference.
