MEP students designed then got to install PVC DWV systems and PEX B supply to mock up bathrooms! Electrial systems spent the week running EMT conduit to pull wire while learning about different conduit fishing tools and methods. It was a quick week here at PIE, Tuesday was ACT day and we got to host all freshmen in the county and tell them about some of the tools we use. MEP has spent the week working on construction drawings and scaling them out in real life using tape to make the floor plan come alive. MEP systems got to host Hopewell elementary and show them some wiring basics. They also have been busy working on 3 way switches and learning how to install a commercial MC circuit.
