If you could go back and tell your first-day self one thing before walking through that door, what would it be?

Drop it in the comments. The mats have a way of teaching us things we didn't know we needed.

We'd love to hear yours.

Here's what most parents don't know before their kid starts Jiu-Jitsu.

Week 1: They're going to feel lost. That's normal. Everyone does.
Week 2: They start recognizing faces. The mat feels a little less foreign.
Week 3: They nail something. A movement, a position, a drill. Watch their face.
Week 4: They ask to go back.

We're not trying to fast-track your kid into a competitor. We're building something slower and more important: the habit of showing up when it's uncomfortable.

By the end of the first month, most kids don't want to quit. They want to get better.

That's the whole point.

Kids classes for ages 5-15.
Monday and Wednesday at 5pm.

First week is free. Come see for yourself.

β˜€οΈ SUMMER SCHEDULE UPDATE β˜€οΈ

This summer, all Kids Jiu-Jitsu students ages 5–15 will train together on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5–6 PM.

For our current students, this is a great opportunity to build friendships across age groups, learn from more experienced teammates, and get exposed to a wider variety of training partners.

For parents thinking about getting their child started, summer is the perfect time to jump in. Jiu-Jitsu helps kids build confidence, discipline, coordination, and resilience while having fun and making friends.

The best part? Our kids’ classes are full of teammates who encourage each other, work hard, and make training something kids look forward to every week.

πŸ“… Mondays & Wednesdays

Everybody wants tougher training partners.

Until they get them.

10 Round Thursday.
7 PM.

06/03/2026

Most parents don't sign their kids up for Jiu-Jitsu because they want them to learn arm bars.

They sign them up because they want their child to be more confident.

More disciplined.

More resilient.

They want them to have friends, positive role models, and something that challenges them in a healthy way.

They want their child to know how to stand up for themselves without becoming a bully.

They want them to learn that hard things are worth doing.

The techniques are important, but they're only part of the story.

What we're really teaching is how to keep showing up, how to handle setbacks, how to respect others, and how to believe in yourself even when something doesn't come easily.

The best part?

Most kids don't even realize that's what they're learning.

They just think they're having fun.

Your first week is free.

Good thing motivation isn’t a requirement.

πŸ“ Ages 10–15 Kids Class: 5pm

Never Miss Monday.

The room doesn’t get tougher by accident.

It gets tougher because people keep showing up even on the days they don’t feel like it.

Consistency has a way of turning average people into a problem on the mats. πŸ˜…

10 rounds. Every Thursday. Every week.

See you on the mats.
