In this FREE intensive & interactive two-hour workshop, we will begin to unpack your toxic masculinity through guided journaling, shadow work, EFT, and energy work. We will dig deep in Jeanne Li's framework of toxic masculinity as driven through (re)trauma, insecurity, shame, and fear. You will leave with a sense of healing, catharsis, and insight into where your toxic masculinity comes from and where to go from here. This will be a completely non-judgmental and trauma-informed space, & be prepared to share (to your comfort level - you can remain anonymous).
Please make sure to take care of yourself before and after this event as it may spark deep emotional release.
NOTES:
- No bigotry or harassment of any sort will be tolerated, and will lead to immediately block from the event.
- This event is primarily aimed as cis-men, but is fully open to any gender spectrum of male-identifying people.
