For more than 20 years, I have been working as a coach with entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, not-for-profit executives and elected officials. Most of my work has been one-on-one and face-to-face to support their aspirations, dreams, and goals. Some of you may have had a coach in the past and understand the power of the coaching process. Most of my clients have gained new clarity and focus for their work. Many have an enhanced awareness of their challenges and an intentional process in place to follow-through for success. My clients have expressed their gratitude for my assistance in helping them to understand more than just what they think – but HOW they think.

Another birthday and another and another. But who's counting. I am so very grateful for all the many blessings from God and His guidance in my life. I am so very grateful for Mary Ann and her enduring love. I am so very grateful for my daughters and all of my family. The coaching team of the Og Mandino Leadership Institute meets every Monday afternoon in a "Master Mind" session. We have been exploring issues related to the "pilot lights of your life." We also understand the basic idea behind a pilot light. Its purpose is to provide the flame needed to light the gas coming out of the main burner. When the furnace "turns on", a valve releases gas into the burner and the pilot light ignites that gas. We were talking about these "pilot lights" as people in your life. Can you recall a time when such a "pilot light" helped to ignite you?
