Another birthday and another and another. But who's counting. I am so very grateful for all the many blessings from God and His guidance in my life. The coaching team of the Og Mandino Leadership Institute meets every Monday afternoon in a "Master Mind" session. We have been exploring issues related to the "pilot lights of your life." We also understand the basic idea behind a pilot light. Its purpose is to provide the flame needed to light the gas coming out of the main burner. When the furnace "turns on", a valve releases gas into the burner and the pilot light ignites that gas. We were talking about these "pilot lights" as people in your life.
