What does it mean to “fill someone’s bucket?” 🪣💙

One of our SLP Experts recently helped students explore kindness through 𝘏𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘍𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘉𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺? After watching the story together, students colored their own buckets and talked about the different ways they can “fill” someone else’s bucket — through kind words, helpful actions, friendship, and respect.

Activities like this give students a simple, meaningful way to understand how their words and actions can impact others while building important social-emotional skills along the way.

We love seeing the creative ways our Experts bring these lessons to life in the schools we serve! ✨

September is National Su***de Prevention Month.

According to Mental Health America’s 2025 screening data, 51% of people under 18 who completed a depression screening reported frequent thoughts of su***de.

It’s a powerful reminder that conversations about mental health shouldn’t wait until someone is in crisis. Check in. Make space to listen. Let young people know it’s okay to talk about what they’re experiencing.
