Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, land paddling, hiking & geocaching! Every SCSU Physical Education major enrolls in HMS 314 – Teaching Individual Performance Activities. This course introduces future physical educators to a variety of activities that they will teach their students to help them lead an active and healthy lifestyle throughout their lives… well beyond the time their students participate in team sports.
