On our last webinar, Admissions Expert Jenn Lyles joined us to talk about finances as a barrier in the admissions process. Download the white paper recapping this session online https://hubs.ly/Q04rP9xt0

And mark your calendar: Jenn is back on Sept 1 at 2 PM CST to cover additional programming we've partnered on to give admissions an edge — How To Make Money on TikTok Shop, teaching beauty pros to monetize products beyond just behind the chair; and how we are already seeing a lift in school enrollments.

One of the biggest obstacles in the admissions process isn't marketing. It's the money conversation.

That's what Jenn Lyles, Executive Director of BSMG and seasoned marketing executive, unpacked on our recent webinar on admissions strategies for schools facing declining enrollment.

Read the full white paper recap at the link in bio.

Plus, hear directly from Jenn on September 1 at 2 PM CST, where we're introducing a new program that gives schools a real edge in admissions: teaching students how to monetize their license online through "How to Make Money on TikTok Shop."

80,000 students. 5 years. 3 versions of the program.

One thing we know for sure: today's students don't just need technical skills. They need to understand how money works. How to earn in their trade, pay back student loans, invest for the future, and build a life they don't have to stress about.

MONEY EDU is now available to ALL trades: beauty, wellness, allied health, HVAC, culinary, fashion, and beyond. If your school teaches a skill, we're ready for your students.

7.5 million borrowers just got told to pick a new repayment plan, and more than half of them were paying $0 a month. Some of them sat in your classrooms.

Schools, this is your moment to show up for your students and protect your default rate at the same time.
If you're a MONEY EDU school, pull up the MONEY BORROWED module this week, and start talking about student loans. It was built for exactly this conversation.

Not using MONEY EDU yet? Your students can either learn about loans the hard way or from you.

We broke the rule down to the 8 key points schools and their teams need to know.

Every trade and career school in America is now graded on graduates' financial behavior. Beauty schools: slide 6 is yours.

Save this, send it to your leadership team, and DM us with any questions.

Let that sink in.

Most students enter the workforce with the foundational technical skills to do the job, but none of the skills needed to build a financially sustainable career and life. No understanding of taxes. No idea how to read a paycheck. No knowledge of what it actually costs to own a business. No foundation for investing.

Without this, can we truly say we're preparing students for a career in the trades?

That's the gap Money EDU was built to close.

Financial and career readiness isn't a bonus, it's the missing piece. And it's exactly what we bring to trade schools across North America.

"I want to make 6 figures."

We hear this from students and pros alike. A lot.
Only 18% of individual workers in the U.S. earn over $100,000 a year. So if that's a student's goal, that means they are talking about out-earning 82% of the workforce. That's the bar.

And $100k isn't what it used to be. Depending on location, it might not stretch as far as you think.

In MONEY EDU by Qnity, students learn what their actual lifestyle costs before they graduate; what their real number is, and what kind of career builds toward it. In the craft they chose.

The sooner students know the reality of their number, the sooner they can start building a plan to reach it.

In our recent webinar and white paper series, we spoke with owners and leaders from some of the top beauty and wellness employers in the country about what they're looking for in today's graduates, and what's still missing.

These are the people doing the hiring. The people building teams. The people shaping the future of the industry.

Here are a few clips from what they had to say.
