Let's try a WE DO Inspired by this month's lesson plan, Articulating Tone Through Design.
For the next two minutes, sit in a comfortable position and lengthen your inhales and exhales - four counts in and four counts out if you can. Once you're settled in your breath, think back to a favorite place in your childhood. Silently recall five details about it. Then, invite yourself to visit it by thinking about what sounds you often heard when you were there, what scents passed your nostrils, and what things you could touch. When you're ready to leave, thank that place for being a part of your life, take a nice big stretch, and continue with your day.

"Grow the Plan" patrons have access to the monthly WHT article in addition to the monthly lesson plan for just $5 more a month.
