I love the community that is building in our studio. Going to Institute is even more fun with friends! All of these students and parents are working so hard this week, and I’m so excited for all they will continue to experience this week!

A handful of beautiful moments from this year. So grateful for the incredible families in our studio and all the amazing lessons and performances and memories I get to share with them. As we wrap up the semester, I’m already excited for all they are going to learn over the summer. One more group class and then we’re on to our next adventure, Atlanta Suzuki Institute in June!! We are so excited!

Studio Solo Recital 2026! So proud of this amazing group of young violinists. They put on a beautiful solo recital last week and as we began the recital, I was suddenly struck with the joy of having so many of the people I love in the same room at the same time. I love all of these kids so dearly and am so thankful that their parents let me speak into their life. It’s so much more than just violin.. it’s character building and life changing growth! Sometimes I lose sight of that in the busyness of life, and then I’m reminded what it’s really about. Teaching is hard work and it goes so much further than the time I am actually physically present with each student. But I’m so truly, truly grateful for a career I love and such beautiful people to spend it with! Looking forward to seeing all the growth between now and next year’s recital!!🎻
