We're wrapping up this week and having a blast! AX put on field day with some fan favorite camp games, and the classic Tug-o-War to close it out!

The 2021 Arrupe Summer Program! We formed the Olympic rings in celebration of the Tokyo Games that start next month!

We're hitting the water this week! Some of the Arrupe Explorers are getting to try their hand at rowing, thanks to the coaches and members from Saint Ignatius Crew and the Cleveland Rowing Foundation! It's a cool way to get outside and see the city from a new perspective.

Yesterday afternoon was one of our favorite special days of camp: Minute to Win-it! There's no shortage of quick games and competitions for campers and counselors to participate in. A great way to break up the usual schedule and be a little goofy!

Ms. Cooney always finds ways to make classes interesting and collaborative. Yesterday, it was through a math dice game!

On Friday, the Arrupe Explorers made their way to Rocky River and tried their hand at kayaking! Thank you to Saint Ignatius History teacher Mark Pecot and 41° North Kayak Adventures -- Cleveland, Ohio for this awesome experience.

This afternoon, the Arrupe Explorers visited Saint Ignatius alumnus Charlie Denk '11 and Stir Studio Kitchen to make some homemade pizzas. Check it out--they look scrumptious!

The 2021 Arrupe Summer Program began yesterday! We'll be featuring pictures from this year's camp here throughout the next four weeks. Here are scenes from classes this morning. Our theme this year is inspired by the Olympics: R.E.A.C.H. for the Gold!

Due to no classes at Urban Community School, there will be no Arrupe after-school programs on Monday, May 13. We'll see you on Tuesday!

The Welsh Academy at Saint Ignatius is hosting an Information Session tomorrow, April 24, from 5-7 p.m.

Families interested in learning more about this school for 6th-8th grade boys can meet Principal Mary Ann Vogel, talk with teachers, learn more about the curriculum and even fill out an application!
