A 12 month Financial Empowerment Academy helping you build a financial plan to save, reduce debt, improve credit, prepare for ownership, and build wealth.

Dinner, on site child care, and up to $750 for reaching financial milestones.

Success starts long before the first job offer.

At Breadwinners Academy, we believe the skills that shape a successful future go beyond the classroom. Through the Soft Skills Boot Camp with BPACF, students spent the day developing the confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership, and professionalism needed to thrive in school, the workplace, and life.

From practicing effective communication and collaboration to learning how to present themselves with confidence, every activity was designed to prepare students for opportunities they'll encounter long after the program ended. These are the skills that open doors, build relationships, and create lasting success.

A special thank you to BPACF for partnering with us and investing in the next generation of leaders. Together, we're equipping young people with the tools they need to chase their goals and build a brighter future.

As we continue to grow, we are building a strong SQUAD to support our students across Northeast Ohio.

We are currently hiring for three roles:
Operations and Grants Coordinator
Youth Entrepreneurship Program Leader (Dream Chasers Summer Program)
Summer Financial Literacy Program Leaders

This work is real. We are in classrooms and communities helping middle and high school students build financial plans, launch businesses, open bank accounts, and think differently about money and ownership.

We are looking for people who:

80 students entered. Three schools rose to the top. One champion was crowned.

Congratulations to the winners of the 2026 Financial Flex Academic Challenge:

🥇 John Marshall High School
🥈 Maple Heights High School
🥉 John Hay High School

From the Sweet 16 to the championship stage, these students demonstrated knowledge, teamwork, and composure under pressure across budgeting, credit, investing, taxes, and insurance.

They did not just answer questions. They competed.

What happened at Financial Flex was bigger than a competition. It was a reminder that when young people are equipped, challenged, and believed in, they rise.

And candidly, I am still taking in the fact that this came to life. What began as an idea became a real stage for students to shine. To see it filled with energy, scholarship dollars, community support, and young people rising to the moment is something I will never forget.

More highlights and gratitude to come. Today, we celebrate the champions. 🏆
