Eclipses are traditionally associated with change and release, while the New Moon is a beautiful time for intention-setting and new beginnings. Add a dark sky filled with Perseid meteors and six planets gathering in the morning sky, and this is one celestial moment worth paying attention to.

Your mind believes what you repeatedly feed it.
Every thought you entertain is like planting a seed.
If you constantly water fear, self-doubt, resentment, and worry, don't be surprised when that's all you see growing around you.
But if you intentionally plant gratitude, peace, self-love, curiosity, and hope, your inner world begins to change.
This isn't about pretending life is perfect or forcing yourself to "stay positive."
It's about becoming aware of what you're allowing to take root.
🌱 Your thoughts become habits. 🌱 Your habits shape your beliefs. 🌱 Your beliefs influence the life you create.
So today, ask yourself one simple question:
Does your mind look more like a garden... or a garbage can?
