Roots 108:

Roots 108 began with a desire to help our students explore all eight limbs of the yoga practice. Most yoga studios dedicate themselves to offering yoga classes that are based on the physical (or Asana) limb of yoga, and Yoga Roots is no exception. However, we felt the community was seeking something more. Roots 108 honors the idea that meditation IS a key component to any yoga practi

ce. It is accessible to all people from all walks of life, and requires nothing but a desire to be present and explore who we are deep down. From it's inception, Yoga Roots has been a community based studio. Roots 108 is just another expanding ring in the tree that is Yoga Roots.
