Throughout his career, Dan has helped people transform aspects of their lives to achieve greater performance and fulfillment. As a PSIA certified ski instructor, he taught thousands of skiers from beginners to experts how to ski with greater mastery and joy. He was director of physical education skiing pro
grams in New York. Dan was a ski instructor at Greek Peak, NY and Heavenly Valley, CA where he also taught adaptive skiing to skiers with cerebral palsy, sight impairments and amputations. After earning a MBA, Dan founded a customer experience design consultancy. He's developed online customer experiences that have won the JD Power Award. In his skiing masterclasses, Dan draws from the fields of biomechanics, physics, ski design and psychology. He's been presenting these masterclasses since 2014, starting in his living room in Cleveland. These masterclasses don’t promote a right way or wrong way to ski. Rather, the emphasis is on expanding participants’ repertoires of skiing skills so they can apply them freely in moguls, steeps, powder and when carving deep turns. Dan’s warm facilitation style and comprehensive knowledge of skiing and human performance make these workshops enjoyable experiences for skiers of all levels.
