Our First Week of Summer Adventure Academy Was a Success!
What an AMAZING way to kick off summer at InfinityInclusion Microschool! This week our campers set sail for Pirates & Treasure Hunters Week and used their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills every day.
Our young pirates:
Created their own pirate hats
Designed treasure maps to begin their adventures
Worked together to build a life-size pirate ship
Tested pirate treasures during our sink & float STEM challenge
Used their imaginations to create a story about a lost pirate ship — then became illustrators and brought their stories to life through art!
On Friday, we welcomed our Homeschool Enrichment students to join the fun for our Summer Kickoff Celebration!
Students:
Played a beach ball icebreaker to learn more about each other
Created Summer Dreams posters sharing their goals and ideas
Played classroom Bingo to discover things they had in common with new friends
Worked together to solve an escape room challenge!
The best part wasn’t just what they created — it was watching friendships grow, teamwork happen, and every student’s unique strengths shine.

Pirates & Treasure Hunters Week is off to an AMAZING start at InfinityInclusion Microschool!
The first two days of camp have been full of creativity, imagination, teamwork, and lots of pirate adventures! Our campers have officially joined the crew by designing their own pirate hats, creating treasure maps, and working together on our biggest mission yet… building our very own pirate ship!
Using just a table, cardboard boxes, and a lot of imagination, our students have been problem-solving, sharing ideas, designing, building, and bringing their pirate ship to life one piece at a time. Watching them communicate, create, and work as a team has been the real treasure.
This is what learning through play looks like — creativity, collaboration, engineering, friendships, and memories they won’t forget.
We can’t wait to see where our pirate adventures take us next!
