Years of teaching. Thousands of students. And somehow this never gets old.

The correction that happens in the middle of the rep is worth more than the one that comes after.

Master Marcio and the noon class working through live positional adjustments --- the kind of feedback that actually changes how you move on the mat.

Happy Birthday, Professor Teddy.

The countless hours on the mat, the athletes you have helped develop, and the culture you help build here every day -- it all matters and it does not go unnoticed.

Celebrate well. You have earned it. 🦈

If you are already training jiu jitsu at Simas BJJ, adding Muay Thai to your training is one of the best decisions you can make for your overall game.
