- When do you recommend attending the classes?
I recommend attending around the 6-7 month mark of your pregnancy! This will give you time to think about your options, yet it is close enough that everything will still be fresh!

- Do you offer private, one-one sessions if we are not available on Saturdays/want more help?
Yes! I offer one on one childbirth education and birth preparation! You can even book additional time for a one on one session after the class to go over your more specific questions and individual birth plan.
