Random Recipe Monday (and the index finger landed on)

Clemson Blue Cheese Hummus
32 ounces cooked Garbanzo beans
Ā½ cup Tahini
Ā¼ cup lemon juice
Ā½ cup olive oil
1 Ā½ cup Clemson Blue Cheese crumbles
1 Ā½. teaspoons garlic mince
Salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor, purƩe garbanzo beans. Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and blue cheese crumbles. PurƩe until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
