Clemson University offers resident (in-state) tuition to citizens of the following countries and states:

1. State of Rhineland-Palatinate/Rhineland-Pfalz, Germany
2. State of Thuringen, Germany
3. State of Brandenburg, Germany
4. State of Queensland, Australia
5.🇹🇼🇹🇼🇹🇼 Province of Taiwan, Republic of China

Students from these areas who are admitted students to all bachelor’s, master’s, Ph.D. and non-degree programs qualify for resident tuition. The benefit was established through the sister-state agreement between the State of South Carolina and the countries/states listed above.
