I began the email by introducing myself as a faculty member at Clemson and explaining how we would love for him to meet our students.

In about 10 minutes, I received a response that read, “You had me at Clemson.” That was awesome!

When graphic communications student Jenna Fireovid returned to Clemson after surviving a cardiac arrest and being diagnosed with a life-threatening heart condition, she knew one thing: she wasn't ready to give up hockey.

Not only did Jenna find her way back to the ice, but she also founded Clemson Women's Club Ice Hockey, creating new opportunities for women to compete in the sport she loves and leaving a lasting legacy for future Tigers.

What's a recent achievement that you're particularly proud of? 🌟

"I'm most proud of what our industry and brand partners are saying about our students: prepared, resilient, dependable, creative, team players.

One employer recently shared that they typically seek candidates with one to three years of experience and rarely hire straight out of college. After interviewing one of our Cadency students, she noted that this student was more prepared for the role than candidates with more experience."
