Running club for Clemson Graduate students started by two math grad students.

Sorry for the delayed post. Here's what we're thinking for this week:
-Monday at 5:30 p.m., meet outside between Martin and Long Hall
-Tuesday at 5:00 p.m., meet outside between Martin and Long Hall
-Thursday at 5:00 p.m., meet outside between Martin and Long Hall.
If the afternoons seem to be too hot, we can look into switching the runs back to the morning!
Due to weather (and some car issues) it seems hills tomorrow morning are a no go. Check back tomorrow evening for the coming week's schedule!
Hi all, Due to the first Grad Student Seminar at 5:00 tomorrow, we are meeting at Fike tomorrow (Wed) at 7am for our run. We are planning on around 2 to 4 miles. Hope to see you all there!!
Tomorrow will just be 7 pm. Meet at Fike!
It's been brought to our attention that graduate ticketing for the Auburn game opens at 7 tonight. We are pushing the meeting back to 7:45 since you'll want to get your tickets right away.
Sneak peak run: Hugh is hitting the trails tomorrow morning around 7ish (time negotiable).
Post run yoga, beer, and tacos: Around 11, Hugh leaves for Greenville for yoga (at noon) at Birds Fly South Ale Project and tacos next door at White Duck Taco Shop-Greenville,SC. If you're interested in joining, details are linked below and you're welcome to contact Hugh (978-877-3221) for carpooling.

The plan for the week of 8/27 - 9/1:
Sunday: First run at 7pm (see previous post for details).
Monday 7am & 7pm: Mile repeats, 3 - 6.
Wednesday 7am & 7pm: 2-4 or 4-6 mile run.
Friday 7am: Hills at the dikes, 4 to 10 times.
Again, if you have any questions about these work outs, do not hesitate to contact Nick, Hugh, or Camille (Phone numbers in the previous post).
Hugh, Nick, and I are looking to have our first meeting & run this Sunday at 7:00pm. Let's meet at the Clemson Rowing Boat House (google this if you are not sure where it is), and we will have a 5.5 mile and 2 - 3 mile run planned.
Before the run, we will also discuss the best times to meet during the week, goals for the semester, and will answer any questions that people have.

Hi guys!
Here is some general information about this club and how we are planning on running [pun] this club:
- Our main goal is to make this accessible to all running levels, whether you are a beginner or $n$-time marathon runner. Our work outs will always be scale-able to your personal goals.
- We will post two runs and two work outs (mile or half-mile repeats, hills, yoga, tempo runs, hikes, etc..) per week, as well as times to meet to do these workouts.
- Right now we are planning on meeting Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at either 7am or 7pm. These times will change as the weather cools down and we get a better feel for the times that work best for people. Come and go as you please. For example, if you can only fit Mondays into your schedule, we would LOVE to see you every Monday.
- We would like to organize a 5k / 10k run for people to do at some point at the end of the semester. This would be a great way to see your progress throughout the semester :)
