Join us for our first annual Mindful Triathlon at the Snow Complex. Registration will be $20 and the link is in our bio! 🧘‍♀️☀️

The first of the three components is the mindfulness walk from 10:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m., followed by yoga from 10:45 a.m.-11:15 a.m., and ending with a guided meditation from 11:30 a.m. - noon.
