Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) can leave patients dizzy, unsteady, and searching for answers when standard approaches haven't worked. Presented at the 1st Annual SOT Research Conference in 2009, this case report explores how Sacro Occipital Technique cranial and TMJ therapy was used to care for a patient with unresolved BPPV. It's a great example of SOT's whole-body view of the cranium, jaw, and nervous system working together. 🧠
