Elementary Summer Learning Camp ended on Friday celebrating its campers! Way to go and represent!!!🥇🤩🙌

“Red, White, & Blue; we believe in YOU!” This year’s last day of Elementary Summer Learning Camp had an Olympics theme. Complete with opening ceremonies, SLC games, Camp Integrity Awards, and so much more! We are very proud of all our campers and staff for a job well done. We have had an amazing time!

Learning is a blast at SLC!!! 🎇 Campers had fun to the very last minute and beat the heat with popsicles and lots of creative learning experiences to enjoy our final day together. We hope our campers enjoy the rest of their summer! 🤩😎🌞

These campers enjoyed time at Carver Park Splash Pad today! We are grateful to our friends at Cleburne Parks and Recreation for such a memorable experience for our students.

We also want to send our appreciation to Mrs. Carol Everitt and her lunch heroes for ensuring picnic-style lunches were ready for their outing. It takes a village! ❤️🥰❤️

SLC Pre-K and Kindergarten students used bowling in Ms. Hewett and Ms. DeBusk’s math classes to practice their subtraction skills today! Way to go! 🙌🙌

Today was READ day at Elementary Summer Learning Camp! We were so excited to welcome "surprise" guest readers from CISD Central Office.

The Cleburne Railroaders Reading Program is in full swing! Although "Spike" was busy with his tour dates, he graciously supplied our campers with bookmarks. We want to help our campers earn a free kid’s admission ticket to a 2024 home game and show them that readers are leaders!

We are thankful to our friends, the Cleburne Railroaders, for allowing "Spike" to share bookmarks and promote their reading program. Following this special event, we had a campus wide DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) time to encourage our campers to develop their reading skills and foster a love for reading.

Thanks to all involved who made today extra special! 😊📖🤩
