From welding shops to health science labs, culinary kitchens to engineering classrooms, business, agriculture, AV, education, human services, law & public safety, and beyond... our teachers are preparing students for college, careers, certifications, and life.

Now Hiring: Law & Public Service Instructor

Cleburne CTE is looking for an experienced law or public service professional who is ready to bring real-world knowledge into the classroom and inspire the next generation of leaders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in law enforcement, criminal justice, corrections, emergency services, legal services, or another related public service field—along with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for successful careers.

They’re off to represent Cleburne CTE on the national stage!

Mrs. Rojas and students Khloi Lopez and Ana Ledezma headed out bright and early Monday morning for Washington, D.C., where they’ll be attending the FCCLA National Leadership Conference.

We are incredibly proud of these outstanding representatives and know they will make the most of this amazing opportunity. Join us in wishing them safe travels, a memorable experience, and the best of luck as they represent Cleburne CTE at the national level!

What has your chapter done this summer? Cleburne High School's SkillsUSA Chapter is now a Guinness World Record holder! They partnered with La Moderna Pasta for a community service project and just happened to set a world record for Largest Packaged Food Number! The 3,500 boxes of food will be donated to Operation Blessing. SkillsUSA Texas' Cleburne High School Chapter is fighting world hunger by breaking world records one noodle at a time! This is how you Level Up community service! Congratulations to Cleburne High School Advisors and Students!

We're excited to announce that Dr. Laurel Barnes has joined our CTE team and will be leading courses in our Teaching and Training Program of Study!

Dr. Barnes brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for education. She will play an important role in preparing future educators by helping students develop leadership, communication, and instructional skills while exploring careers in the field of education.

Her dedication to student success and passion for teaching make her a wonderful addition to our program. We look forward to the positive impact she will have on our students and the opportunities she will create for aspiring teachers.

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Stetson Marin to our CTE team!

Mr. Marin will be teaching courses in our Carpentry Program of Study, where students will gain valuable hands-on skills and industry knowledge in the construction field.

Mr. Marin brings both teaching experience and a strong background in construction, making him a great addition to our program. His real-world expertise and passion for education will help prepare students for success in high-demand careers within the construction industry.

Cleburne CTE’s Sting Bistro wrapped up its annual Summer Cooking Camp for 5th and 6th graders with an exciting Cookie Challenge!

Campers worked in teams to create delicious cookie masterpieces, putting their culinary skills to the test. Entries were judged on presentation, creativity, and taste, and the young chefs did not disappoint!

We are so proud of these future culinary stars for their teamwork, creativity, and willingness to try new things in the kitchen. Thank you to Chef Smith and his student sous chefs who made this year’s camp a sweet success!
