🐝 Cooke Elementary Earns a B! 🐝

Wildcat Families,

We are excited to share some great news about Cooke Elementary! Based on our students’ performance during the 2025–2026 school year, Cooke earned an 82/B in the 2026 Texas A–F Accountability Ratings!

We are also proud to have earned two TEA Distinction Designations:

⭐ Academic Achievement in Reading/Language Arts
⭐ Postsecondary Readiness

These results reflect the hard work and commitment of our students, teachers, staff, and families. We are proud of the progress our students made last year and grateful for the partnership of our families who support their learning every day.

As we begin a new school year, we are excited to build on this success and continue working together to help every Wildcat learn, grow, and achieve at high levels.

🐾 Please join us in welcoming Crystal Kampen to the Cooke Wildcat family!

Mrs. Kampen will serve as our Assistant Principal and brings a passion for helping every child grow and succeed. Her hard work, collaborative spirit, and ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families make her an outstanding leader and an invaluable addition to our campus.

She has already been hard at work helping prepare for what we know will be an incredible school year. As we continue Building Excellence: Creating a Foundation for Success, Mrs. Kampen’s leadership will help ensure every student, every classroom, and every member of our school community has the support they need to thrive.
