•Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment
•Lead, support, and mentor teachers while maintaining a strong, positive team culture
•Ensure compliance with Florida DCF regulations, licensing standards, and ELC/VPK requirements.

Requirements for this position:
•Director Credential & VPK endorsed
•Completion of DCF 45 Hours (or more)
•Active Level 2 Background Screening
•CPR & First Aid Certification
•Previous leadership experience in a childcare or preschool setting
•Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
