I had an absolute blast coaching Jeff in the Sunfish who is getting ready for some Rocket racing up North. He is brand new to sailing and this is his third time in the Sunfish. He's getting the job done in up to 20 knots of breeze because he really listens well and can apply what I'm teaching him, and he's very athletic and can pull it off. This is really advanced sailing for someone who's only been in this boat three times! It all goes really well... until the very end of the clip, lol.

Got a brand new sailor in the sunfish, first day out and just crushing it, great listener and athletic and getting connected with the breeze in an advanced way right out of the gate! Got his buddy in the laser who got some training yesterday hanging out with us again today. A little chilly on after the cold front came through, but nothing like up North!

SailFit coach Mike Schmidt getting the job done at the Master Worlds in Italy, stepping up onto the podium in third overall, top American! Over 70 boats in his class. Ending the regatta in breeze with one of his best days, to fight for it and secure the podium finish. Congratulations Mike!

Beautiful day in the Gulf coaching Parker from St Croix. He has a very good flat boat mode and he's big and strong! Has really good skills and we're working on some fine points for him, but for 15 years old he is doing awesome!

Awesome day here in Nyack New York sailing on the Hudson River! It's absolutely gorgeous part of the river just north of the Tappanzee Bridge. Got a great group of adult sailors learning how to make their boats go faster, they're out here doing a great job!

Out sailing today with Libby, second time in the Laser! Dodge and thunderstorms and the wind shutting off. Had to get in before the next thunderstorm came in. Really impressed with Libby's natural ability in the boat.

Just finished up the cork event in Kingston Ontario. A great week, with inconsistent winds and a lot of rain. But overall a great time. The group I coached from Severn sailing association in Annapolis., Six of them made the gold fleet and they all sailed and performed really well!

Another great day of sailing on Clearwater Bay,. coaching Frances. Believe it or not, she is a beginner, but look how great she is sailing!
