Happy February, everyone! As we are in the "month of love" let's make it a point to show ourselves and others more kindness and love through acts of GRACE.

Too often, we are very hard on ourselves, our own worst critic. Let's cut ourselves some slack and reaffirm just how AWESOME we are and all the ways we put forth effort towards everything we achieve in our day-to-day! Celebrate the little things!! Big moments are not the only reasons for celebration.

When it comes to others, don't assume you know what someone is going through. If they share something with you, put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel? How would you respond in the same situation? When someone is having a bad day, or has a differing opinion, allow yourself a chance to be understanding of their words or actions. Even in times where you may disagree with someone, agree to disagree. Sharing perspectives is a learning experience. It creates healthy dialogue and can improve relationships, be it an encounter with a stranger, friend, co-worker, family member, or partner.
