Sometimes it’s ok just to listen to your partner.

Sometimes it’s ok to let go of some words they said.

Sometimes it’s ok to agree that you also was not fully loving when the conversation started.

Sometimes it’s ok to give yourself time and meditate, before you talk to your partner again.

It’s ok to be mad and express what you feel the way you are able to express it.

It’s always good to forgive yourself❤️🤗

The body is always signaling what thoughts you have in your mind. I had a client with ulcer in the intestine, very unfortunate consequences. And she realized that she was very rude to her mom, and her mom was rude to her. And their main communication method was sarcasm and being snappy at each other.

In Russian language we use the word “ulcering” or yazvit’ to explain the communication is making the other sick when you talk to them this way.

Out rich Russian language👌🏻😀

She was saying that she is ulcering with her mom. The body just reflects what you say and think. Now there is work needed to practice better relationship and nicer communication, as well as forgiving yourself. Because while she was rude to her mother, she felt guilty every time. Watch what you say about yourself daily, you may be putting your own curse on yourself subconsciously.
