Anyone else feel/act brand new when you get a new pair of white workout shoes? 😂😂 I know it just ain't me. Must be like the feeling when people wear all red shoes to the gym lol.
Great leg day session in these new bad boys. Ended up with that 2 tone colored tank lol.

Let's talk about condiments and toppings...
I feel it's a very easy overlooked part of someone diet. Generally most people are not going to measure out their ketchup, or ranch, and/or check to see how much nutritional value is given per serving. That can be a big problem cause those couple extra 100 cals are going to add up especially if your using whatever condiment or topping multiple times a day. It's not about cutting out your favorite flavors, but simply finding better alternatives for your "lifestyle" not "diet" . This is what I use on about 80% of my food cause I love spicy. If you check the calorie factoid on both these products, you'll be amazed by calories per serving, low sodium, sugar, and simple ingredients. Message me if you have a questions about this topic !!
