Mums are here!!

We are excited to announce that our mums have arrived! This year, we partnered with a new supplier, and we couldn't be happier with how beautiful they turned out! Check out the pictures below for a sneak peek!

Balances can be paid with cash or checks made payable to CSHS!

No worries! We will have extra mums available for purchase after Monday's pickup!

Extras will be $8.50 per mum and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, no holds,

Farm to School Day!

On Monday, our Clear Spring FFA Officer Team participated in Maryland Homegrown School Lunch Week at Ruth Ann Monroe Primary School kickoff event!

Our officers ran a butter-making station, where they taught students where their food comes from, what agriculture is, and how heavy whipping cream is transformed into butter. Students got to shake and make their own butter, and take it home while learning about the process and connecting it to foods they enjoy every day. Our officers also had the opportunity to meet and talk with county commissioners and the Maryland Secretary of Agriculture, explaining their station, and even make butter alongside them!

We had a fantastic day of hands-on agricultural education, leadership, and community engagement! We’re proud of our officers for representing Clear Spring FFA and sharing the importance of agriculture with the next generation!

This Saturday, May 2nd, the Clear Spring High School Ag Department will be having the annual plant sale! The time we will be open is 9-1, and there is a limited supply! Our greenhouse students have been working hard, so come out and support them!
