School District News from the District Administrator

Good afternoon, Clayton Community, Earlier this spring, I shared with the school board that the 2026–27 school year will be my final year as District Administrator in Clayton. I have been honored to be a part of the Clayton community. I frequently say to my colleagues, “Clayton is a wonderful school district, and I am so fortunate to have worked in Clayton.” As we discussed the future direction of the school district, the school board decided to appoint Ryan Schradle as the new District Administrator for the Clayton School District on July 1, 2027. Ryan will also serve as the Junior/Senior High School Principal. I would like to thank the school board and the community for their support of the school district. I wish nothing but the best for the future of Clayton and its students, families, and staff.
