I say it all the time , to our students and damnit to myself. If you knew how many times I’ve lined up for a tourney and asked myself “what am I doing/why am I doing this?” 🙄. But I always come out in top .

It’s natural to feel anxious/nervous , if we didn’t we’d not be human. Yet we do it scared , we do it anyway! Go forth! 👏🏽🥋✊🏽. That’s life!

I literally had this very talk in class yesterday Vanguard Karate . Someone will “choose you” and my students response ( after they asked to be left alone) will be swift, vertical and intentional.
Our parents respect and appreciate that and our students are expected to respond accordingly.
“We are not here to look cute in our angry pajamas “👏🏽🥋❤️

See this is ish I have to deal with! 😒being a loud and proud 🦅!😂 . Shout out to our dojo parent Anthony Baldwin for pulling out the championship belt after that MNF horror show🤦🏽‍♂️. The 🐻 ran us over with a 70 y/o QB looking like Jim McMahon! But guess what ? We hate you , you hate us , we hate eerrbbooddyy! 😝. Go birds !
