Seniors!!! 🎓
Get ready for College Application Week!! 🎉Several NC colleges and universities waive their application fees October 19-25. Application fees will be waived if applications are submitted via CFNC.

Counselors will be in the Media Center for College App Help during Blocks 1-3 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Seniors who come to the Media Center for application help will be able to get a drink from the Senior Sip Station 🥤🎉

Admission reps from JCC will be at CvHS on Tuesday 10/20 to answer questions and provide application help. 📚

Seniors can visit the College Fair on Wednesday, 10/21 in the Main Gym.

Save the date! CVHS Haunted School will be on October 19 from 6-8 pm. $5 tickets to dare to enter. Trunk or Treat is Free. This event is open to our community.

Enrichment opportunity for HS Juniors! 🧠

Each year Wake Electric sponsors a one-week, all expenses paid trip to Washington, D.C. June 17-23, 2027 for two local students. Students who attend the Youth Tour will join 1,500 high school students from across the country to learn about electric cooperatives, American history and the U.S. government. In addition, Wake Electric recipients will receive a $1,000 scholarship. 💰 Applicants do not have to live in households served by Wake Electric but must currently be high school Juniors in Durham, Franklin, Granville, Johnston, Nash, Vance or Wake counties.
