As another school year comes to a close, we want to thank our students, staff, families, and community for an incredible year at Northmont High School!

We are so proud of everything our students accomplished both inside and outside the classroom. From academics, performances, and athletics to the arts, clubs, and service opportunities, this year was filled with hard work, growth, and memorable moments.

We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved summer break! ☀️

Please see the information below regarding Final Exams that will take place on May 19th-21st.

The 19th will be a regular school day. Students will take their 7th period exam from 1:04-2:50. All students will be dismissed at 2:50. Bus service will be provided.

On the 20th and 21st, students ONLY need to report if they are scheduled to take an exam during that period. Morning and afternoon bus service will be provided. Students who wish to report to school but do not have an exam MUST report to their class during that period. Students are not permitted to roam the hallways, school grounds, or the surrounding area (including the Middle School). Forfeiture of final exams may result.
May 20th:
2nd period EXAM 7:50-9:30
4th period EXAM 9:35-11:10
6th period EXAM 11:15-12:50
May 21st:
1st period EXAM 7:50-9:30
3rd period EXAM 9:35-11:10
5th period EXAM 11:15-12:50

Today, our seniors took one final walk through Thunderbolt Way during the annual Senior Clap Out! 🎓👏

As classmates, teachers, and staff lined the hallways to cheer them on, we celebrated the memories, accomplishments, and impact the Class of 2026 has made at Northmont High School.

Congratulations to these outstanding students who earned the Seal of Biliteracy! 🌎

The Seal of Biliteracy recognizes students that have earned Intermediate High in listening, reading, writing and speaking in Spanish or German in addition to passing their ELA state test. This is similar to the level of fluency required for teachers in Ohio! This achievement reflects years of hard work, dedication, and a commitment.

We are incredibly proud of these Thunderbolts and all they have accomplished! 💚⚡

Teacher Appreciation Week has come to a close, and our Hope Squad class put together a special video delivering thank-you cards to some of our staff members.

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our amazing teachers, support staff, administrators, and school employees who make Northmont a better place every single day. The time, care, encouragement, and dedication shown to our students do not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything done to support and inspire our Thunderbolts! 💚⚡
