This week's Dad Joke & Mental Health tip is for all of you husbands out there!

😄 Dad Joke of the Week:
I told my wife she should embrace her mistakes. She gave me a hug.

💚 Mental Health Tip of the Week:
Husbands can feel like that math book sometimes - work, bills, kids, schedules, home projects, and everything else can add up quickly. Don't wait until you're overwhelmed to talk about what's weighing on you. Checking in with your spouse, a friend, or someone you trust can make those "problems" feel much more manageable.
