This week brings the start of **Fall Sports Practices**, our first days back for students, **Teammates Orientation**, and plenty of opportunities to kick off another great year together!

📣 Meet the Coaches Night Reminder! 🐯 Middle School Fall Athletes & Parents — just a reminder that **Meet the Coaches Night is tonight!** This meeting is for all **CCCMS Fall Athletes participating in Football, Volleyball, and Cross Country.** 📅 **Thursday, August 13** ⏰ **6:45 PM** 📍 **CCCMS Commons Area** We will begin with the **Heat & Concussion Awareness Meeting**. All athletes are required to view the videos **before they will be allowed to participate on Monday**, so please make plans to attend! A **brief parent meeting** will follow. 🚨 **PHYSICALS REMINDER:** The office is still missing a **large number of athletic physicals!** Please make sure your student’s physical is completed and turned in **ASAP** so they are cleared to participate. We’re excited to kick off another fall sports season! 🧡🖤 **See you tonight at 6:45!**

CCCMS Parents, Guardians, and Community Members,

We are excited to bring back Donut Day again this year! Our students always enjoy these interactions.
On these days, we are asking parents and community members to help us kick off the morning with breakfast treats and juice. If you are available to volunteer on one or more occasions, please sign up below.

Descriptions:
Pastry Parents: Bring 4-5 dozen of a pastry, baked goods, etc., and serve to students as they walk into the building.
Refreshments Committee: Provide 1-2 bottles of juice with cups & serve to students as they walk into the building

Dear CCCMS Parents and Community Members,

We are excited to bring back our 8th Grade Career Chats this school year!

These sessions have been a valuable experience for our students as they explore career opportunities within our community and surrounding area. As students begin developing their Individual Plans of Study (Path to the Future), Career Chats provide an opportunity to ask questions, learn about different professions, and discover career paths they may not have previously considered.

Career Chats are held every Thursday from 1:10–1:40 p.m. During each session, guest speakers visit with a small group of approximately 10–15 students to share about their career, educational path, daily responsibilities, and any advice they have for students considering a similar field.

If you would be willing to volunteer as a Career Chat speaker, we would love to have you! Please sign up using the link below and include your name and career field. I will contact you as your scheduled date approaches with additional details.

USD 379 2026-2027 Enrollment is Now Open!

Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is now open!

Returning Students: Please use the Snapcode that was emailed to you to finish enrollment. If you did not get your Snapcode, please contact your child's school building starting July 22 for help.

New Students to USD 379: Please complete the New Student Enrollment form. A Snapcode is not needed for new student enrollment. Head to our enrollment page to enroll.

Visit www.usd379.org/enroll for everything you need to get ready for the new school year, including: Enrollment information, School supply lists, Physical forms, Free and Reduced-Price Meal applications , After-school program registration, and much more!

District staff will be available on August 4-5 to help families with enrollment questions and offer in-person enrollment support.
