Classmates...I come to you with a prayer request. Our fearless leader needs our prayers. Jill's daughter Emily is at Emory. She started having vision problems yesterday. Today she has little vision. Jill let us know not to long ago the following...

She has swollen optic nerves and has lost vision. She will need surgery to place a shunt to relieve pressure. They do not know the cause as of now. Waiting on more tests.

We all know Jill is the strong one among us, but now she needs our prayers and strength. Her mom heart is hurting with the unknown and so many emotions running through her mind.

Emily needs our prayers. I'm sure she is terrified. She just had a baby about a month ago. I'm certain she is very anxious.

Lord... give them peace that passes all understanding and hear each of our prayers...
