Arthur Lee Heyward, age 77, was last seen on Monday, August 21, 2017 around 3:00pm, when a neighbor observed him at his mailbox on Annies Lane in Hallsboro, NC (Columbus County).
Tuesday afternoon, August 22nd, Mr. Heyward’s brother went to check on Mr. Heyward at his residence. Mr. Heyward was nowhere to be found. Mr. Heyward’s vehicle was in his yard where he last parked it.
Arthur Heyward suffers from medical issues that cause disorientation.
